The City of Scandia has agreed to form a Special Advisory Committee made up of City Council, Planning Commission, Watershed, St. Croix River Association and community members. This Committee will research and review alternatives and make recommendations to the Planning Commission and City Council. Appointments to the Committee will be made at the 10/21/14 Council meeting.
