Berryessa Against Homeless Community Near Residential, 1st Protest Appeal: D3 councilman Raul Peralez volunteered to build homeless community (BHC) in his district. So far there is no communication between affected neighborhoods and Mr. Perales about this issue. With more than 2,000 signatures against BHC, we want our voice be heard!
