Joel "the Trainman" Occhiuzzo and his Holiday Express Riding Train have been providing wonderful memories for families in the Richardson area for 15 years. Unfortunately, the time has come for Mr. Occhiuzzo to hang up his conductor's hat, and find a new home for the Holiday Express. To ensure that the Holiday Express stays in Richardson, and that our families can continue this wonderful tradition, we have created this petition:

We, the undersigned, request that the City of Richardson, Texas acquire the Holiday Express Riding Train from Joel Occhiuzzo, and incorporate it into Santa's Village.
