Good afternoon! There is a public hearing scheduled Thursday, June 21st at 3 pm in the chambers at City Hall (downtown Prattville). Please try to attend. The planning commission is voting on a City Wide Zoning amendment to remove apartments from R3, B1 and B2 zoning requests. We want this to pass to keep Prattville the preferred community and to keep apartments out of the Overlook/Silver Hills rezoning and others. Also, go ahead and mark your calendar for the City Council public hearing set for August 7th at 7 pm on rezoning Overlook/Silver Hills at McQueen Smith to Hwy 82/31.
