St Kilda is not the vibrant and colourful tourist destination it once was.  Today it is widely considered by locals and potential visitors with families as a place to avoid.

There is no question that a significant part of the reason for the suburbs demise is that it is plagued by anti social behaviour including drug dealings openly conducted outside businesses and wilful property damage, visitors and traders deserve better.
