The Developer of Reflections in the Acres seems to be listening to residents' concerns, as they now are planning 4 homes on NW 4th Street as allowed by code vs the 10 they had requested permission to build. For this, they should be commended.

Hoping that their plans for their remaining 8+/- acres are similar and in keeping with current zoning. We need to stay diligent and keep our eyes and ears open on this project.
