It has become real everyone! Developers have finally submitted their plan on April 13, 2022 to start the process of getting their plan approved by the City Commission. They proposed 298 lots (houses) ranging from 40' lots to 80' lots. The majority of lots are under 60', and 41 lots are only 40'!

The current Tomoka Oaks Neighborhood has a standard of 100' lots and that is what the current zoning on the golf course is for to ensure the matching of the surrounding neighborhood.

We definitely feel these are too many homes to put on this special land. The over development needs to stop! Please share the petition and let's get this ramped up again now since we finally got a planned submitted!

Timeline:

• Submittal of site plan: April 13, 2022.

• Submittal of Planned Development amendment: April 13, 2022.

• Site Plan Review Committee (SPRC) review: Due May 5, 2022.

• Neighborhood meeting: Required. To be determined.

• Planning Board: Required. To be determined.

• City Commission (1st reading): Required. To be determined.

• City Commission (2nd reading): Required. To be determined.
