Sign and demand Laredo, Tx. to deviate funds for SPAY & NEUTER vouchers and low cost spay & neuter programs for our community animals to alleviate our animal overpopulation crisis of strays, accidental litters, and shelter over capacity leading to euthanasia! Let your voices be heard to demand the solution come alive that Laredo Community wants and needs!

Solving our overpopulation crisis starts with a LOW COST Spay and Neuter program for pet owners and a TNR (trap neuter return) program for feral / community cats so they aren't constantly reproducing outdoors at a fast rate. Rescues and shelters are constantly at full capacity, resulting in Laredo Animal Care Services to unnecessarily euthanizing unwanted pets. A yearly budget for these programs are absolutely NECESSARY!
