An animal catcher needs to have some compassion towards animals, but this man has none. He has been observed on multiple occasions being abusive and cruel towards animals even when the animal is not resisting or being threatening. Many complaints have been made against him and still nothing has been done, now someone beloved family pet has died while in his care. Please help us show the City of Lamesa that we will not let this go unnoticed!
