We need a permanent left-turn signal on Hwy 97 and Cooper southbound. It’s currently operational only weekdays from 9 am to 3 pm and limited weekend hours. This is a very busy intersection where the wait to make a left turn onto Cooper can sometimes take up to 15 minutes. We want to change it to a permanent left turn signal, not only limited hours.
