The Hamilton BrickWorks site on Lawrence Road is for sale! We believe that this property should be acquired by the City of Hamilton and the site be re-naturalized and repurposed for the enjoyment of our community. 

We envision safe pedestrian access across the train tracks via an official pedestrian rail crossing or bridge in order to access the escarpment and rail trail. This would facilitate much enjoyment and the preservation of the natural beauty of the land. 

The historical value of the building is undeniable and the opportunity to create any number of hertiage-related uses are endless (farmer's market, artist studios, community space, parks etc)
