Concerned Neighbors: I wanted to share the letter from the City of Fairfax that was recently delivered to some city residents. I don’t know how widely-distributed this letter was so wanted to make sure it was shared broadly. Key upcoming dates: • Tuesday, May 23rd: Presentation and work session on the options listed in the letter • Tuesday, June 13th: Public comment and VOTE to move forward on the University Drive extension Based on previous community requests to abandon the project and the clear demonstration to proceed despite input from the majority of residents, I’m not sure we stand a chance but we need to try.
