Elliot Lakers Who Love Backyard Fires

Here are some wonderful suggestions for the asthma sufferers to try to manage their asthma! All of these suggestions are from the Mayo Clinic website. Please note that the number one suggestion to avoid asthma triggers such as pollen and pollutants on the link provided is to shut the window and use an air conditioner! This method would work great in that the person complaining would be able to breathe better and their neighbour and themselves could have a quiet enjoyment of their property.

Because I have family that has severe asthma, severe enough to be hospitalized regularly for this condition, I am most sympathetic to the seriousness of this respiratory condition. However, I think we, as responsible adults need to take responsibility for our own management of our health conditions and there seem like there are many healthy lifestyle recommendations here on this website and many others, that can be followed including: maintaining a healthy weight, engaging in regular physical activity, keeping a very clean house, rehoming pets if necessary, ripping up all the carpets in the house, eliminating dust mites and mold, eliminating scented or harsh household cleaners and personal products etc.
I think some or all of these lifestyle changes should be at least attempted before we attempt to blame our poor health on an occasional backyard fire at our neighbors house. Dont you?
Those that choose to be medically non-compliant with asthma trigger lifestyle changes can not possibly expect us to reasonably believe that their neighbors fire is responsible for their overall health. I hope this information was helpful for some in their future management of their condition and we do hope you feel better soon.
