The City of Eastvale is nearing completion of it's required Housing Element.  Included in this document is the CALIFORNIA Mandated RHNA, or Regional Housing Needs Allocation.  This mandate requires that the City of Eastvale "plan for" 3,028 housing units within the city limits.  Residents have voiced their opposition to 3,028 units citing traffic, safety, overcrowding, and school capacity as their main concerns.  Still, the city is moving forward with meeting this mandate despite the city being OVER 90% built out and the increased high-density projects that could result from such planning.

Join Eastvale City Staff and Residents for an opportunity to ask questions, get more details, and express your concern about the increase to Eastvale's density and NEW CALIFORNIA HOUSING LEGISLATION that would allow for high-density duplexes and triplexes to be build right next door to any single-family home.  Make your voices heard.
