Oct 27, 2016 — Ref: Ordinance #2016-28 “Sanctuary at Doral - First Amendment to the Master Development Agreement and Pattern Book” Last night with the favorable votes of Pete Cabrera, Ana Maria Rodriguez and Sandra Ruiz (running for Mayor) the City Council approved A MODIFICATION TO THE APPROVED SANCTUARY AT DORAL PATTERN BOOK AND MASTER DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT. That means they increased from 138 to 182 units!! Second reading will be on November 03.
