Lakeside Greens Golf Course in Chestermere, Alberta is a beautiful 18 hole championship length golf course.  In September 2020, the ownership of the golf course announced their intention to partner with Slokker Homes and develop the course.  This announcement created concern and alarm throughout Chestermere and the golf world.  A group of concerned Chestermere residents, golf course members, homeowners and other interested parties are banding together to let the City of Chestermere know we WILL NOT support the transfer of golf course lands to residential development.  We will stand together to prevent any attempts to lose our beautiful 18 hole golf course.
