Dropping the ball on informing you, the people of Chester

To what seems to be no real surprise the Chester Upland School District has announced a last minute (27 hour notice) that they will be holding a school board reorganization meeting tomorrow (12/22/2020) at 6pm. This meeting, by law, should have happened in the first week of December. Now as they scramble to play catch up, there’s less than reasonable notification for the community to get involved. Again, not proper procedure and not reasonable; something that seems to be quite common with this school board and receiver. Get involved citizens of Chester; listen, speak and make your voice heard!  Demand you are part of and not sidelined for their lack of compliance.
