After seeing last evenings board meeting, I can say the community in Chester is being lied to and excluded from having a voice.  The receiver, on camera, stated he chose Dr. Nunery and John Pund to lead this task force and RFP process.  The receiver blatantly admitted to excluding the due process of ensuring the tax paying community had a voice in choosing who will keep the best interest of the community at the forefront of this process.  Dr. Nunery and John Pund may not be the most cost effective, as no proper vetting process was placed to ensure equitable selection and consideration to the cost was done.  Essentially they were chosen based on the relationship with the receiver.  You can search both and see some questionable actions by these individuals, Dr. Nunery with the city of Philadelphia's public schools and John Pund's failure to perform his duties in ensuring staff were paid for their work.  This "friends" scheme is not how ethical businesses operate to ensure clarity and truth are at the top of their decision making.

Added to this was naming of "Task Force" members.  Some who had no idea of their involvement in this decision making group.  Maybe the receiver should make sure his team knows they are a team before having their names announced.  This would also beg the question of have they even met yet or developed a plan of action as to how and when?  I mean we know the timeline but does the task force know it?
