If you are a Carrollton, TX resident, please email those on City Council and in city management to let them know you support this for our city.  They all need to know this is what our citizens want and support, and that the killing of healthy animals is not an acceptable approach to the feral and homeless cats of Carrollton.  The city needs to refer to current studies and the science behind TNR.  Thank you!
