HOMELESS CAMPING ORDINANCE UPDATE

We have just six days left to surpass the 20,000 signed petitions threshold that we must hit to qualify for the November ballot.

All of the work, all of the support, all of the volunteers, all of the donations (over 1,000 total) have brought us to this moment.

Austinites deserve a safe and clean city. Our homeless population shouldn't have to sleep on sidewalks. We can can Save our City!

We are down to the wire!

We have surpassed 17,500+ signatures.

Here are three ways you can help us right now:

1) VOLUNTEERS NEEDED THIS WEEK: Sign up for a two hour volunteer shift to collect signatures any time between now and Saturday, July 18. Click here to select the day, time and location of your choice.

2) Download the petition and go collect a few signatures and mail it in. You can download it here. If you would like the petition to be emailed to you as a pdf, please email matt@saveaustinnow.com. Mail must be received by July 17.

3) Donate to our efforts -- We still need about $5,000 more to recruit additional paid canvassers who will work around the city. You can securely donate here or make a check to "Save Austin Now" and mail to: 807 Brazos Street, Suite 408, Austin, TX 78701.
