The tenants of bingham square and Madison square have been living in non living apartments the apartments complex was giving close to a million dollars to fix Bingham square  property and barely anything have been fixed. The utilities were included in tenants rent and things were still getting cut off. Also some tenants pay their own lights and gas and things were still getting cut off. There were days tenants have called off of work because there was no hot water or running water with no written notice to let us know and also didn’t credit our rent for the utilities getting cut off and their included in the rent . Bingham square been taking our money and still taking tenants money and nothing being fixed. The news have been to the apartment complex plenty of times and still nothing fixed. Bingham square need to be shut down and the people that have been under a lease contract since property resources bought courtyard now bingham square should be compensated. Sign the petition let’s help get help on our west side of Anderson nobody deserve to live in the conditions these tenants have and did live in. The tenants in Madison square is also going through all the same things since the property has been taking over we as a community need to step up and get help for these tenants
