There is a rezoning of 3323 Loretto road in the works. They want to replace a Historical property, with a new housing development of 50+ homes. Many neighbors and people of Mandarin are very against this rezoning, as it will cause new traffic, new students in already overcrowded schools & the demolition of a local landmark.
