We, the citizens of Clay Co, TN, do not believe the current Clay Co Commissioners and the current Building Inspector are concerned for our welfare nor do we believe that we are being fairly represented.

This was brought to our attention through the illegal passing of Resolution #3 Building Codes during an unsanctioned meeting.

We are requesting that the passing of Resolution #3 be put back on the agenda, the current County Commissioners who were part of the unsanctioned meeting, and the uncertified/unqualified Building Inspector remove themselves from their seats and position.
