Citizens Demand National Debate for the Legalization of Cannabis.

Each year 900,000 plus U.S. Citizens are unjustly arrested in this country for cannabis. Each year thousands of U.S. Citizens with curable diseases die because they are denied a true healing medicine plant, Cannabis. The U.S. Citizens have long claimed that the laws on cannabis no longer reflect the Will of the American People. Supporters of Cannabis claim that the cannabis laws were created from fraudulent information presented to the U.S. Congress in 1937 by a Mr. Harry Anslinger. The American People claim that the U.S. Government's behavior toward the people’s will to use the cannabis plant shocks the human senses. The American Citizens further claim that the government’s agencies, like the FDA, DEA, & FBI and alike have acted toward the US. Citizens in a wanton matter which destabilizes the relationship between Citizens and their elected employees. President Obama himself claimed that it was time for this Nation to have such a debate. Here Now is the opportunity for the American Citizens to step up & stand together and unitedly present to our Government, President & Legislators alike to our Will. Sign this Demand for a National Debate. Tell this government that their drug policies "have" failed.

Letter to
U.S. House of Representatives
U.S. Senate
President of the United States
Why does the government’s cannabis propaganda remain accepted as Law? This question should be repeatedly asked until we get an answer from our government. This prohibition of Cannabis is harmful to the welfare & safety of our society and this Nation. It is destructive to the relationship between citizens, law enforcement, and legislator. The behaviors of our government on this issue clearly "shock the sense of fair play." as stated in Civil rights Act. It is my feeling that if we do not demand this debate that the President talked about we the American Citizens will never be heard and continue to unjustly suffer and die. I as the writer of this demand and petition hold these things to be true and unchanged in the law of the land we live in;
“The Constitution is a written instrument, as such, its meaning does not alter. That which it meant when it was adopted, it means now.” South Carolina vs United States 199 U.S. 437, 448 (1905).
"Every word appears to have been weighted with the utmost deliberation and its effect to have been fully understood.” Wright vs United States, 302 U.S. 583 (1938)
“Where rights are secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no rule making or legislation which would abrogate them.” Miranda vs Arizona, 384 U.S. 436, 491.
“When any court violates the clean and unambiguous language of the Constitution, a FRAUD is perpetrated and no one is bound to obey it.” State vs Sutton Minn. (147, 65 NW 262, 30 L.R.A. 630 Am. St. 459)
I tell you my fellow citizens, a Constructive Fraud has occurred and continues to occur upon US, you, me, and our loved ones of these United States. Only education and action can bring a meaningful and lasting change to our Nation’s drug policies. In your heart you know these words are true, now is the time that we unite and breach this injustice.
Sincerely,
