We are seeing it across the city of Jacksonville. Our JEA bills are through the roof. The city needs to step in and allocate funds to offset the costs of fuel charges from JEA. We have seen more than a 50% increase in our utility bills from JEA. JEA is seeing billions in profits while we cover the costs. Enough is enough. This petition is to urge the city to put its citizens first and help lower the cost of fuel rates.
