This morning, we received a reply to our Open Letter regarding the ALC. However, the final line of that reply is of concern: “(Also for your information respectfully - Bill 24 is an amendment to the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals legislation and not related to this issue.)” With respect Dr. Bing, that Bill 24 was tabled in 2012.
