I would like to say that I love animals and I'm hoping this petition will keep getting signatures and shares so maybe it will get noticed im totally shocked with humans the cruelty they inflict on animals is barbaric its got so much worse in all countries and the amount of petition I've signed against animal cruelty its needing stopped penalties need to be harsher and also the sites that show people being cruel towards animals are needing to put a stop to it please help people take notice
