the new law supposed to be a way forward for the cruelty against animals with up to 5 years in jail, its not as simple as that ok they have put the jail time up it wont make a god dam bit of a difference to the ones who are inflicting pain on innocent animals. people who commit evil acts should not have any rights in life and sending them to jail wont change them there just evil scum bags who should be sent to a deserted island and left to rot. the jail term never happens as there aint enough space in the jails to put them in I mean harsher punishments like a life time of repaying back to the community and band for life for ever having any sort of animal and a animal cruelty register where there name goes on for life so everyone can see also jail term up to life and a massive fine. things need to be more extreme for people to take notice. today I have seen children be real bad towards animals such as a girl age4 choking a kitten to death will parents laugh. also teenage girl putting fireworks in a dogs mouth and blowing it up. and a boy age 7 cutting of a puppys tail.now this is only a few what has to happen to end this I know its not a increase in jail time lets get justice.
