When I started this PETITION it was to get a change in the punishment that can be handed down to humans for animal cruelty the courts need more freedom so they can give more severe punishments animals have so much love to give they have a beating heart like us so no one has the right to stop a animals heart from beating in anyway at all. Please help me reach 100,000 signatures. I can't believe how bad and out of hand animal ABUSE has got it's everywhere and I don't think Facebook should be allowing any live feeds of humans hurting animals the police should be getting the evil cunts. I would like to see a change where there is a ANIMAL CRUELTY REGISTER WHERE A PERSON IS PUT ON IT AND BANNED FOR LIFE FROM HAVING ANY ANIMAL AT ALL AND ALSO TO NAME AND SHAME A PERSON ALSO A FINE THEY HAVE TO PAY LARGE AMOUNT AND JAIL FOR LONGER TIME.
