anyone who causes unnecessary pain or suffering to an animal, or kills or injures an animal. should be given a harsher sentence thats what this petition is for to try get a change to happen and the only way to do this is by speaking up for those innocent animals. now to me animal cruelty is a really horrible act and needs the law to take it more seriouly, so i do believe that if the act of animal cruelty was a criminal offence where punishment could be harsher so then evil humans may think before they kill a defenceless animal. so it should be a jail term of between 1year-life and a fine and the important one banned for life for ever owning any kind of pet and put on a animal abuse list so everyone can see who they are. every second that goes by a innocent animal is being tortured to death so please help end it.
