How is it that we act like the world is full of animal lovers, when honestly the world has more evil in it and even kids are being cruel to animals which dosent say much on there parents.The law is failing to adequately protect animals/pets.The punishment administered to those responsible for acts of animal cruelty should be taken more seriouly. such as increased prison time and higher fines, people get of so easily for the acts of cruelty thats why if harsher punishment was given then maybe it would stop. the amount of animal cruelty going on round the world is shocking and evil some are---1.
