Phase 1 for amateur sports in NH started on May 22, 2020.  Non contact sports like softball were allowed to proceed in small groups with thoughtful safeguards in place.  Thus far, leagues across NH have done a great job complying.  As we approach 2 weeks under phase 1, we are ready to proceed with phase 2.  Our neighboring state of Maine is playing games, we respectfully ask that NH amateur softball players to be able to do the same.

In addition, let the Governor and Task Force know you believe we’re ready to play ball safely by calling the Governor at 603-271-2121  or email his task force at nhreopen@nheconomy.com to thank him for his past support of youth sports and encourage him to proceed with approving phase 2 quickly in order to allow a softball season to occur in 2020.
