Pickleball is the fastest growing sport in the world and Utah needs a facility to host a major tournament. The Pro Pickleball Association has the top pickleball players in the world and they have written a letter to host a major tournament in Utah if we can have a facility to support the tournament.  The Pro Pickleball Tour can bring major economic development to Utah with big name sponsors and TV deals already in place. We need to build 50 courts with 3 main courts and stadium seating.  This facility can be used year round with recreational play and other tournaments as the sport continues to grow faster then courts are available.  The legislature is considering funding the project and we are urging them to fund the project. We need the  pickleball community to sign this petition so the legislature knows how much this means to the pickleball community and the impact it can have for the growth of pickleball in Utah.
