There are rumors that Disney's Queen Elsa may be a lesbian or bisexual. Elsa should not have a love interest. It makes her a stronger character to show that she does not need one. Not giving her a love interest would allow more focus on her relationship with her sister, Anna, and her friends, which we have not been able to see much of. Not giving her a love interest would also allow each audience member to form his or her own opinions about Elsa based on what they feel and what they want her to be. This could create an even closer relation to the character without alienating anyone. I personally have trouble being myself around others because I am an introvert. I look up to Elsa for learning to be herself. Elsa's issues came from supernatural powers, which are not possible in our world. If her issues came from something that we can actually experience, such as being shy or being a lesbian, then the story of Elsa learning to be herself would not be as relatable to as many people. Keep Elsa's sexual orientation ambiguous. Let each fan decide for him or herself.
