I wanted to let you know that I sent an email to Abby Johnson letting her know about the petition. I requested for her to read the comments. 

I think a formal survey would receive a larger response giving a more accurate picture from all employees on this topic especially if it comes directly from Fidelity. That being said, I also requested that a formal survey be sent out to all employees regarding how dynamic work week affects us financially, in our mental health, work life balance, family, work productivity, and if we would like for it to be optional.

I’m sure she receives several emails daily being the CEO, so I will let you know when and if I receive a response from her.
