Hi everyone,

Todd Fenniman from the employee relations team reached out to have a zoom meeting with me today. I did my best to share with him everyone’s comments in the petition. I was shaking with nerves because I was trying to make sure I represented as many people as I could who shared their voice. 

I can’t speak to the details of that conversation or where it will lead to, but it’s encouraging to know that the higher ups are taking notice! I hope they will not only receive our feedback, but  also implement it into their decisions. 

Thank you for everyone who messaged me with support! I was initially scared to share the petition, but you all have shown a shared viewpoint which is encouraging!
