The problem is one of civilisation. China wants to be among the members of the first world order but continue to act with barbarity towards animals with highly intelligent minds, in particular dogs and hounds, whom have become mans best friend in the western world for many reasons. They guard the home, they keep you fit, are good company for the family or lonely, they are smart and can tell how you feel.
