So far the city of Montgomery is on our side. We’ve received support for the repurposing of 410 South McDonough into a CHildren’s Museum from 3 important influencers in the city: Lois Cortell, Senior planning Manager for the Department of Development, County Commissioner Isaiah Sankey, and from the Director of Operations, Chad Anderson who received permission from Superintendent Moore to assist us in our efforts to nominate the building to the Alabama Historic Commission. He received the AHC questionnaire last night and we are awaiting his response.

Our deadline for the nomination is February 10th!
