These systems were put into place to keep chaos at bay right?
So why is that when people come out of jail or prison they go back either for the same reason or for something even worse.

So what can we do for our future kids to makes this a more safe and healthier environment for them and generations to come?

Keep the same system or simply create a whole new and better one? What do you think on this matter?
