Dracen, an 11-year-old boy from Wisconsin, is currently in the PICU on life support after attempting to take his own life due to relentless bullying. A fellow student told him to "go home and kill yourself," leading Dracen to try and end his life. 

Our community has faced tragic events due to bullying, with the most recent being an 11-year-old boy currently on life support for attempting to take his own life. I have also confirmed two attempts (they were stopped and are getting the help they need outside of school).

Students are exacerbating the situation by recreating how and mocking the victims. This toxic environment must be addressed immediately to prevent further tragedies. We are demanding that the school implement strict anti-bullying policies and provide mental health support for our students. We cannot afford to wait any longer; the lives of our children depend on it. We are but a few voices…we need to be heard. Bullying is a serious issue affecting students' mental health, academic performance, and overall well-being. In Wisconsin, many students face harassment and intimidation daily.
