On this day twelve years ago Upper Murray Family Care Wodonga & Child Protection Wodonga made the unlawful & illegal choice without discussing it & without my consent & placing my son with someone where there was a no working viable relationship & who couldn’t handle rejection or being alienated from my life being a known child abuser & family violence stalking instigator with a fatal medical condition that he fails to acknowledge or admit. Instead blaming a “so called deceased & i say that loosely family member” Just remember he is dead.
Since the 12th July 2010 - present date & in the present “one sided kinship placement” with a thug of a maternal grandfather & slob unrelated wife, my son would suffer a very long list of injuries & issues & all of which would be blamed on me & have never been followed up:
- Fractured Bones (physical abuse)
- Physical, emotional, mental & psychological abuse
- Parental & maternal alienation
- Poor dental care
- No stability
- Medical Neglect & injuries (explained away with flimsy answers or otherwise blamed on me) including failure to obtain medical attention for callum when he needed
- Heavily medicated on amphetamines
- Diabetic
- Poor eyecare (two lazy eyes) left unaddressed
- “Alleged to have apraxia” no proof
- Alleged genetic issues” fake
- Behavioural issues
- Weight problems

You failed your duty of care on all levels in relation to callum’s ongoing abuse, neglect, medical neglect amongst other things, you failed to do a quality of care assessment & certain doctors failed to make mandatory reports of abuse & neglect.
Lionel & helen shouldn’t have been allowed near my son at all.
Neither Lionel or Helen cleared a working with children's check, police check let alone a medical check or they would have know that lionel had a fatal medical defect that he has cardiomyopathy & has had heart attacks which he refuses to admit to
What do i need to do to protect my son from harm for someone to listen? When my son ends up in a coffin!!
