As we know mental health and drugs are the main causes of kids entering out of home care! (this statement made on a public page)
WRONG!!
I would like to share some actual reasons as to why newborns, older babies & that are entering “OOHC” & yes in some cases mh issues & drugs with the parent/s. But not always.
- Drug Problems
- Mental Health Issues
- Domestic/Family Violence
- Medical conditions that don’t exist
- “Fake” intellectual disabilities
- “Fake” allegations of physical, verbal & emotional abuse
- Alleged physical health issues (as it was in my case)
- Alleged parental capacity issues (another alleged issue with my case)
- Alleged bonding & attachment issues (another alleged issue)
- Jokes that in my case were taken seriously (they were jokes & we were not serious)
- Fake allegations of not taking prescribed medication for a medical condition (something that i haven’t suffered in over 14 years)
- Many fake allegations made by a grubby maternity ward without proof
Now in my case i would like to state which numbers above “apply to me” in my son’s case which has been closed since December 2013 by Melbourne County Court by Judge Paul Lacava who continued my son’s life sentence with the child ab*sers he was placed with on 12th July 2010 - present date a one sided abusive kinship placement with a violent criminal maternal “grandfather”
That would be number: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 & 12
To anyone who is willing to look at my son's case as there are dozens of pages of documents of the ongoing abuse, neglect amongst other evidence up until the present date that is ongoing & over time certain agencies including wodonga child stealers, wodonga police, former ministers for child protection in victoria & so forth continues to ignore about callum
& left him at risk & in danger & didn't care. The physical evidence speaks for itself to the point that callum is being heavily medicated on 40mg amphetamines
