My daughter was removed from my care due to someone breaching an AVO 2 and half years ago and ive been fighting Child Protection to get her back as that person is no longer around, i have been in and out of court at least 10 times with my girl by my side begging them to let her come home. We have been treated very unfairly and they have not taken into account any other circumstances( My partner, her dad taking his own life not long before CP got involved). 

Im doing this petition so no other families are torn apart and children taken from loving caring homes they shouldnt be taken from unnecessarily.
