School Employees/Teachers are forced to perform additional tasks and are not paid/compensated well.

Thanks for all your help in your support against exploitation of labour in schools. I would like to bring it to your kind notice that apart from Teaching role i have been assigned various other roles in school as well. I formally gave my employer a letter Copy of the letter to consider for an incentive towards the additional work done on a monthly basis as there was no salary hike for more than 4 years before i quit. The employer had mentioned EXCELLENT for the work done on the my requisition letter but he ill-treated me for the requisition made by me. A glimpse of the work done for your kind perusal - 1700 RF-ID cards were printed, complied and configured in the ID card device which is kept near the security room for students, their parent, visitors, Teaching and non teaching staff of both the schools - Akshayah Matriculation and Akshayah Global school. The promised payment amount by the management towards the work was not paid and only a peanut was paid Approximately Rs 8.80 paise for a card which is less than 10 rupees per card. Even an outsourcing person would have denied the offer. I had a ligament tear Photo for proof on my right hand doing the school ID card work and no medical benefits were given by the school and for the treatment on my own i had to run from pillar to post for getting my medical leave sanctioned by the management.
Bad working conditions will affect your future career!!!
