Many faces of Exploitation of Labour in issuing 2 Appointment orders to cut down the service period.

Exploitation in issuing two Appointment orders dated 06.06.2005 and 04.06.2012 for service period of 13 years (2005 - 2018) for the same designation as Post Graduate Teacher.

My first appointment order date is on 06.06.2005. The second appointment order date is on 04.06.2012.

The second appointment order is given to cut down the continuous service period from 2005 stopping the eligibility norms of gratuity, pension from provident fund etc. While enquiring in school office, why the second appointment order is given mentioning a new date instead of the real one, the school management had informed that they are going for ISO 9001 - 2008 certification and they need to follow new employment rules as on 2013.

I had submitted both my appointment orders to get my relieving order from the school management as continuous service period from 2005 to 2018(13 years) otherwise it would have been mentioned in relieving order as break in service period from 2012 - 2018.  Click the link for proof of document
