School Employees/Teachers are forced to perform additional tasks and are not paid/compensated well.
The owner of the Akshayah Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Velachery, Chennai -42 Mr. T.K Venkatesh have given his Lenovo Laptop 3000 N100 (S/NO) L3-F6089 06/07 with Power Adapter and Laptop Cover Bag to me to do the additional school work at my residence, since i do not own a desktop/laptop/internet connection at my residence.
Subsequently, Vodafone dongle with vodafone postpaid 3G sim 8939732755 with 4 GB internet access (monthly) was bought in my name with school address in the year 2014 - 2015.

and it was handed over to me by the school owner, to do the additional school work.
Subsequently, To keep these details in school record, An official letter from the school Dated: 22.04.2015 issued to me formally. The details are given below.
The gadgets is being handover to Mr. Sudhakar (Computer Science Teacher) from Ms. Valarmathi (Admn.Staff) as per the instruction given by Dr. J Sundar (Principal) on 22.04.2015 (Wednesday).
1.Lenovo Laptop 3000 N100 (S/NO) L3-F6089 06/07 with Power Adapter and Laptop Cover Bag.
2.Vodaphone 3G Data Card with postpaid SIM card (8939732755).
It was in my possession which was given by the school owner to me even before the official letter given by the school.
Since 4GB internet data (monthly) was not sufficient to do the additional school work at my residence the school have asked me to go for BSNL broadband connection (TARIFF PLAN - BB - BBG Super Speed Combo ULD 1091 CS246)
Bandwidth (Download Speed) 8 Mbps upto 60 GB, 512 Kbps beyond. The school have paid the BSNL broadband bill on monthly basis before my resignation on 21 APR 2018. Proof attached.
The Vodafone dongle with sim 8939732755 have been handed over by me on 30.06.2016 and Lenovo Laptop 3000 N100 (S/NO) L3-F6089 06/07 with Power Adapter and Laptop Cover Bag have been handed over by me formally to the school office on 23.02.2017.
I WAS FORCED TO PERFORM MANY ADDITIONAL TASKS BY TAKING THE SCHOOL WORK TO HOME WITH THE GADGETS PROVIDED BY SCHOOL IN MY RESIDENCE.
THE SCHOOL DID NOT PAY ME ANYTHING TOWARDS THE ADDITIONAL SCHOOL WORK WHICH WAS DONE BY ME IN MY RESIDENCE. THE SCHOOL DID NOT PAY MY GRATUITY RS 2 LAKHS AMOUNT FOR MY SERVICE PERIOD OF 13 YEARS (2005 - 2018).
