We, 103 Victims plot owners, made  victims by IAS officers/District Collectors/ Magistrates/Registration officials/Panchayat officials/ Police officials and their subordinates by applying irrelevant law on our house sites/ Layout and issued orders to Land Grabbers in the form of Ownership of Agricultural Land and thereafter allowed further registrations based on deficit stamp duty document and when the matter is pending before High court for collection of Deficit Stamp Duty proceedings and when a notice issued under section 82 of  Registration Act, 1908 by District Registrar,  Rangareddy District.

 Based on the Fraudulent Orders/ Registration of invisible property issued by Revenue officers as well as Registrations department, anti social elements got power to grab other properties  and overriding registrations and police treating this case s case as civil  in nature instead of Criminal Violation of Misrepresentation, Fraud,  crime in respect of Layout distortion, unauthorised/illegal construction, theft of immovable properties, illegal occupation of  Parks, Plots, Roads, Common areas, thereby distorting the layout in Sy.No.745,707 & 743 of Shamshabad Village,Rangareddy District, Telangana and demolition of our constructed properties.

Apartment from the above, errant officials issuing irrelevant and irregular orders with violation of law which is illegal, unconstitutional.

It is  astonished to note that the entire Government Machinery  including Telangana Police does not know the whereabouts of Saleemuddin and Ameenuddin (bogus sale deed title holder) as per Tahsildhar, Shamshabad and District Collector, Rangareddy vide their office Report NO.D1/1400/2014, dated:22-11-2014  to Honorable Institution of Lokayukta but their agents are very much known to the Sub-Registrar, Shamshabad indulging  bogus property registrations for land grabbing in Sy.No.745, Shamshabad Village. (CYBERABAD POLICE NOT APPLYING THEIR POLICE INVESTIGATION TECHNIQUES TO NAB  ANTI SOCIAL ELEMENTS TO AVOID LAW AND ORDER PROBLEMS AND MAY THESE MISCREANTS  MIGHT  BE DEMOLISHED OUR CONSTRUCTIONS IN THE YEARS 2008, 2014 & 2018)

Now we request you to kindly   take appropriate action for doing the following needful in the interest of justice and equity.

1.    To issue Government Order declaring that there is no agricultural land in Survey No.745, Shamshabad Village after sale of plots in the year 2000 and all documents/orders treating as agricultural land alongwith their linked documents to be declared as null and void.

2.    Filing of Criminal Cases with CBI on persons who disturbed the Public servants/Government Machinery though Misrepresentation and Fraud.

3.    Renewal of Gram Panchayat Permissions issued  to the plot owners in the year 2002 and 2007 without any further fee.

4.    Compensation in respect of our constructed houses Demolised by  anti social elements taken advantage out of Fraudulent/Bogus orders of Tahsildhar, Shamshabad and  also compensation in respect of Legal expenses/ Damages caused through irrelevant Orders.

5.    Re-Development of Layout with CC Roads, Electrical poles and Drainage System.

6.    Establishment of Sub- Police station at Survey No.745.

7.    Demolition of grabbed properties by anti social elements.
