This is redefining humanity in the most dreadful way...
Innocent creatures being killed for what???
How can anybody in their senses even think of such a decision???
They cannot vaccinate or neuter it so let's just kill it... Would they do that to human babies suffering from polio, small pox or any other disease???
Even the human population is on a rise!!!
Rising human population is giving rise to slums, poverty, crime etc

The article highlights that they are a threat to public...my question to the People really??? Please open your eyes and understand what threat is!!!

We are feeding rapists, murders, criminals in our jail, Government is using the Tax Payer's hard earned income to fund the scum of society but can easily decide on killing these poor creature, how justified is that?? 

Dogs are faithful creatures who can be trained, unlike most men I know of.

Instead of killing them Government should think of ways of alternate engagement of these creatures like service dogs...
