We all know how costly it is to live in our Mumbai City. Rents are ridiculously higher.

Even though the State Goverment & Chief Minister notified that Landlords can not ask for rent for 3 months but still Landlords wont stop bothering the tenants. We need a bigger solution 

Rite now there is a huge no.  of unemployment and salary cut downs in Mumbai following this Covid 19 Pandemic. People are also loosing their jobs.  I am one of them. Many of them are leaving the city to never come back. But what about those who will stay here forever. People who will actully make the city stand on its feet yet again. 

Its very much required that the prices of real estate goes down, especially Housing Rent prices should cut down by 40 % as a relief for all Mumbaiker.

A large part of population stays in rented houses and this population deserves a relief. We should be given this little rebate in a situation like this for a smooth running of our lives in Mumbai.

Its important to save the Mumbaikar who has been living in a rented place, been supporting the economy all this while.
