Dear Valued Supporters, Friends and Fellow Cheated Home Buyers,

Enclosed article in today's newspapers is interesting. Govt is shelling out Rs 74000 Crores(11 Billion USD) to bail out loss making Govt Telecom Companies(BSNL and MTNL). Its good although these two large corporates face this situation due to gross mismanagement over the decades. I strongly reiterate the same and sadly the 'bribe as a way of life' is the culture in these companies having spent over 20 years in the Telecommunications industry in India. All respect to ITS officers who hold key positions in these companies.

But what about 300 K cheated home buyers all over India over the past decade-many of whose life time savings have been swindled by wellc onnected and cheat builders. First there is no regulatory body and its 'make hay while the sun shines' environment, corrupt bureaucrats/officers who have allotted licenses without builders paying EDC charges etc  making projects unauthorised and no mechanism to stop money siphoning to shell comapnies/overseas havens-the Jaypee/Unitech and so many other stories bare all. Even if an act is passed, it is toothless and not implemented in its spirit albeit all the noise raised.

Honourable PM Shri Modi ji and Honourable Finance Minister Smt Sitaraman ji... is this a fair governance and compassionate behaviour to 300 K hapless educated honest families in India? Does it not smack of graft encouragement and tutelage.

Jaypee liquidation issue going on and banks determined to ensure home buyers are not secured creditors and no path forward clearly shows that Home Buyers are left to die! Pity India.
